FBI RAIDS JOURNALISTS OVER ASHLEY BIDEN DIARY 


Nov. 6, 2021 James O'Keefe reacts to FBI raids on his  associates after he handed the unverified Ashley Biden diary to the authorities.

UPDATE: The Federal Bureau of Investigations conducted an early-morning raid on O’Keefe’s Westchester County residence in Mamaroneck, just a day after the FBI searched the homes of several Project Veritas reporters. Project Veritas did not publish the diary, as O’Keefe said in a video released Friday. The Veritas group could not confirm the authenticity of the diary, its belonging to Ashley Biden or that the contents of the diary were truthful. (More on Infowar.com) Another significant detail: how could The New York Times have known about the raids within the hour? As per the FBI raid on Roger Stone, somebody in the FBI has been leaking to the media.

HUNTER PAY-FOR-PLAY SCHEMES IN LIBYA FOR $2M ANNUALLY

UPDATE: Eh, Oh, suddenly, Hunter Biden Scandals Are Real! (Just as the shocking evidence is coming out that Hillary orchestrated the Russia-Russia-Russia hoax LOL). Recently, Politico finally conceded that the emails on the Hunter Biden laptop are indeed authentic. (...) That now includes new emails showing an alleged effort by Hunter Biden to shake down the Libyan government for $2 million a year in order to use his access to his father to unfreeze assets held by the U.S. government.

UPDATE: Two of Hunter Biden's former business partners are singing like canaries. One is an impeccable former naval officer, Tony Bobulinski, who gave the FBI three phones. Bobulinski will also be talking with Senate Homeland Security(Sen Johnson) and Governmental Affairs staff some time next week. Bobulinski Can Bury the Bidens. He has all the dirt on Hunter Biden and Joe Biden's ten percent backhander from Chinese-joint equity firm estimated $10 mil wedge for Joe Biden. 

In a separate  line of enquiry 26,000 emails provided by investigative journalists Peter Schweizer and Matthew Tyrmand come directly from Hunter associate’s Gmail account hosted on Google’s servers. Bevan Cooney flipped and gave his login info to Schweizer and Tyrmand. Bevan Cooney reportedly has been walked out of federal facility where he is serving time, and is now in solitary confinement "for his own safety".

  • Don Riedel: His lawyer never had a chance and never should have. Mechanics liens on property are almost impossible to break when the work was performed under contract and nonpayment occurs. The computer repair shop owned the laptop when Hunter left it without payment for repair.
  • Chris Wray and the FBI never anticipated that a copy of Hunter's hard drive would make it into the hands of Rudy Giuliani. The FBI has a lot of explaining to do.
  • Paul Sperry: Hunter Biden's emails have been corroborated by other recipients on email chains who confirmed they're authentic and not forged. Also, Hunter's lawyer reportedly asked Wilmington Mac Shop for his client's laptop back after NY Post shared emails in advance of publication.
  • Fox News is confirming Joe Biden is "the big guy" Hunter Biden would hold cash for in the deals detailed in his emails.
  • Paul Sperry: National security experts fear Hunter Biden would pose a potential blackmail & extortion risk to a President Biden particularly from Chinese and Russian intelligence, which they say likely already possess kompromat on his son including bank records, photos and videos with father [Biden].

TECH CEOs SUBPOENAED BY SENATE AFTER CENSORING

UPDATE: Senators Cruz, Graham and Hawley just announced that next Tuesday the Judiciary Committee will vote to subpoena both Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg for a hearing at their committee next Friday. Clearly Twitter and Facebook have now gone too far in censoring the New York Post story on the Biden family corruption. Whether true or not is not relevant. The press print lots of untrue stories least of which was not the four years long slander that connected the Trump family to Russia. The Senate Homeland Security Committee has also launched an investigation into Hunter Biden’s emails.

The Mac Shop manager in Wilmington, Del., who blew the whistle on alleged Hunter Biden laptop says he tipped off the FBI and the Senate for his own protection out of fear "the Biden family" would threaten him for discovering compromising photos of Hunter.

One email sent to Biden on May 13, 2017, with the subject line “Expectations,” included details of “remuneration packages” for six people involved in an unspecified business venture. SMOKING GUN EMAIL REVEALS BIDEN LIES


BREAKING NEWS: A chance treasure trove has been found on a laptop in a repair shop in Delaware that was never picked up by the owner. When the repair man checked the contents, he found emails to Hunter Biden from Burisma's number 3 man, Pozharskyi confirming Hunter Biden introduced his father to him, less than a year before the Biden Sr. pressured the Government in Ukraine into firing the prosecutor who was investigating the company. The repair man copied the hard disk and turned the laptop over to Rudy Giuliani's lawyer. Who in turn handed the information to NYPost. The material has also been in the possession of the FBI since Dec. 2019. Social media platforms Twitter and Facebook are suppressing the information.

An earlier email from May 2014 also shows Pozharskyi, reportedly Burisma’s No. 3 exec, asking Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” on the company’s behalf. The blockbuster correspondence — which flies in the face of Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings” — is contained in a massive trove of data recovered from a laptop computer.  More on New York Post

THE SENATE REPORT II


Here's the Trump campaign's response to the Senate report on the Bidens.  In any other election year this would be fatal to the Biden Campaign. But will it have an effect this year? And, if so, what effect? Many votes have already been cast. Trump campaign statement on Senate report on Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden paid non-US resident women who were nationals of Russia or other Eastern European countries and who appear to be linked to an “Eastern European prostitution or human trafficking ring.” 


Hunter Biden’s Business Dealings Created ‘Counterintelligence And Extortion Concerns,’ Senate Report Says. His financial dealings with Ukrainian, Russian and Chinese businesses created potential “criminal financial, counterintelligence and extortion concerns,” according to a report by two Senate committees. 

The report details a series of wire transfers between Biden and a businessman with extensive ties to the Chinese Communist Party.   The report, written by the Senate Homeland Security and Senate Finance committees, also states that State Department officials repeatedly raised concerns about Hunter Biden’s work for Burisma Holdings.

One official testified that he told Joe Biden in October 2015 that his son’s links to Burisma “enabled Russian disinformation efforts.” 

Hunter Biden’s Firm Received $3.5 Million from One of Russia’s Most ‘Powerful’ Oligarchs. The report, which was made public on Wednesday, shows that Rosemont Seneca Thornton, LLC, a firm that Biden incorporated with his longtime business associate Devon Archer in May 2013, had a previously unknown financial relationship with Yelena Baturina, a Russian businesswoman now living in the United Kingdom.

According to bank documents reviewed by the Homeland Security Committee, Baturina wired $3.5 million to a bank account controlled by Rosemont Seneca Thornton as part of a “consultancy agreement.” At the time of the transfer, Baturina, a well-known construction magnate, was living in the United Kingdom with her late husband Yuri Luzhkov, a onetime mayor of Moscow.

Baturina and her husband immigrated to Great Britain in 2011 after Luzhkov was dismissed from public office by former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as part of a public corruption probe. The former mayor, in particular, was accused of using his office to approve more than 20 real estate projects linked to Baturina’s business interests, according to the Homeland Security Committee.

“In addition, a Russian investigation led to a criminal case against the former head of the Bank of Moscow, Andrey Borodin, who ‘allegedly used money from the Moscow City Budget to lend money to shell companies, which ultimately transferred $443 million to Baturina,’” the committee’s report notes.

THE SENATE REPORT


UPDATE: Per Kimberley Strassel:

1) The Johnson-Grassley report raises the many and disturbing conflicts of interests surrounding Hunter's biz dealings while Joe was veep. But it also makes clear that the Democratic nominee is not being straight with the public.

2) Joe Biden last year: "I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings." That's pretty definitive, right? Yet according to testimony from former Obama official Amos Hochstein, he briefed Joe on his concerns about Hunter/Burisma in October 2015... AND 
3) "Shortly after his conversation with Vice President Biden, Hunter Biden contacted Hochstein and
asked to meet. According to Hochstein, Hunter became aware of Hochstein’s West Wing conversation with the Vice President, who had mentioned it to Hunter." (Page 17 of report) 
4) So, Joe Biden was specifically briefed on the U.S. govs concerns about Hunter/Burisma, and he specifically brought up those concerns to his son. How does that comport with "I have never spoken"?? If Joe isn't asked about this at the debate, it will be journalistic malpractice. 
5) The report similarly shows that despite former Sec of State John Kerry saying he had no knowledge of any of this, that in fact he too was briefed on Hunter. Seems a lot of people in Obama administration knew this was a problem, but nobody acted. 
6) This is all relevant given Biden's claim he is the more ethical choice in this election. Voters might legitimately ask if the wink-nod approach to Hunter's wheeling-dealing will be business as usual in a Biden administration.

For two years President Trump's personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani has been secretly investigating the involvement of the Ukraine's former Government of Petro Poroshenko in Spygate, and their collusion with the Democrats, Obama's VP, Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden role on the board of Ukraine's gas giant Burisma. $5.3 BILLION AID MISSING

In Episode 11 Giuliani is interviewing Ukrainian parlementarian Andrii Derkach. He is also sitting on the Budget Committee. They discuss the report made up on December 18, 2017 by the Accounting Chamber, a Ukrainian, independent auditing committee assessing expenditures. Between 2014 and 2017 at least 5,3 billion dollars in foreign aid is unaccounted for, wrongfully diverted and/or misspent (see also posting on Feb. 23).

The report lists some twenty cases that need investigating. One is under scrutiny by the police, others by investigative journalists. One in particular interests Mr Derkach: it's a case of almost 134 million dollars to combat HIV/AIDS, for which Derkach has filed a criminal complaint.

It involves two individuals running a money laundering operation from the National Center For HIV/AIDS run by Dmitry Sherembei, a man with four prior convictions, and a Vitally Shabunin. The Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC) co-funded by Soros and USAID, was also run by Sherembei and was supposed to audit the financials of the AIDS Center. But some 134 million dollar is now unaccounted for.

When questioned Shabunin and Sherembei complained to the US Embassy in Kiev and investigations were closed down. Today that is no longer the case. This is why Gerkach proposes a joint US-Ukrainian Taskforce to investigate the various outstanding cases. Giuliani and Gerkach discuss a number of examples from the list of suspect transactions.

 UKRAINIANS "TRAINED" BY ERIC SCIARAMELLA



Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep.10:Interview with Ukrainian Whistleblower Over EXCLUSIVE New Documents.

UDATE: Today Mr. Giuliani is having an update with Andrii Teleshenko (see also posting on Feb. 9, 2020 "EXAMINING WITNESS #2"). Teleshenko was an advisor to the Prosecutor's office and was later assigned to the Ukraine's Embassy in Washington DC, overseeing the American Presidential election process. In January 2016 he attended a meeting at the Obama White House in order to get the Ukrainians to dig up dirt on Trump Campaign manager, Paul Manafort designed to end the Trump campaign. On March 2016 he talked to DNC operative, Ali Chalupa in the issue of digging up dirt on Donald Trump, Don Jr, and Paul Manafort.

In the present interview Teleshenko describes the collusion between the Democrat Party, liberal NGOs, the US Embassy, Hillary Clinton's State Dept., and the Government of Poroshenko after the Maidan revolution. The coordinating office is the socalled the Anti-Corruption Action Center (AntAC), funded by Soros and USAID.

Today Teleshenko hands Giuliani a letter from the Obama's Dept. of Justice inviting a number of Ukrainian Prosecutors to Washington for "training purposes". Teleshenko was assigned to set and coordinate travel arrangements.

The first meeting on January 2016 at the White House was hosted by Biden representative, Eric Ciaramella, in which the latter instigated a criminal investigation in Ukraine against the opposition party and Paul Manafort, ultimately resulting in the "black ledger".

According to Teleshenko the collusion between Ukrainian operatives and Democrat and liberal entities seems to have calmed down during the Trump administration, but still exists until this very day.

Giuliani turns his attention to Democrat lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies in which Teleshenko was briefly employed. Blue Star Strategies was hired by Burisma as a consultant. Biden in turn hired Blue Star to audit Burisma before Hunter Biden sat on the board. The audit showed a clean bill of health.

After Biden got the General Prosecutor Shokin fired, Teleshenko, as Blue Star representative facilitated a number of meetings with the interim Prosecutor in order to get the charges against Burisma dropped.

Lastly Giuliani and Teleshenko discuss the document called the Accounting Chamber Decision of 19 December 2017. The Chamber is a Ukrainian independent auditing committee assessing expenditures, certifying that between 2014 and 2017 5,3 billion dollar of foreign aid is unaccounted for, 3 billion of which is US tax payers money (see posting on Feb. 23, 2020 "THE RAPE OF UKRAINE").

There is a reason the report was never investigated. The US Embassy and NABU blocked any investigation over the period of ten years. Anyone who dared to ask for accountability was viciously attacked by the Embassy, the association of radical left wing NGOs and the media. The docment is political dynamite.

The report shows an example of a humanitarian organization tasked with combating HIV setup by a crook, that served as a clearing and cleansing house for dirty money. Now that the corrupt Government of Poroshenko has been replaced and Marie Yovanovitch is no longer able to protect them, finally criminal cases are being brought against these culprits.

UPDATE: In this episode Giuliani discusses a report made up on December 18, 2017 by the Accounting Chamber, a Ukrainian, independent auditing committee assessing expenditures. Between 2014 and 2017 at least 5,3 billion dollars in foreign aid is unaccounted for, wrongfully diverted and/or misspent. The report is an indictment of corruption.

There is a reason the report was never investigated. Derkach gives some examples and explains President Trump was the first to ask what happened to the money, as a President is obliged to do. The biggest contributor to the Clinton Foundation was the state of Ukraine. All players in the arena used the Bank of Ukraine as their personal biggy bank until there was no more than 800,000 dollars left. (See alo posting on March 7).

The US Embassy and its clearing house NABU blocked any investigation over the period of ten years. Anyone who dared to ask for accountability was viciously attacked by the Embassy, the association of radical left wing NGOs and the media. There are two more witnesses in this case who are as yet anonymous because they are still actively investigating.

Some of this is stil going on. Only in the last few days the national police opened a case against the head of the Soros NGO Antac, Vitaliy Shabunin concerning a missing amount of 142 million dollars, carrying a penalty of 7-8 years of incarceration.

According to Giuliani this corruption will only stop if there is a joint investigation by both countries by a single task force like he had himself in the day with the Italians to investigate the mafia.

Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 8 | Inside the Prosecutor's File and Bombshell Documents | Part 1 

UPDATE: In Episode 8 Rudy Giuliani shows us the prosecutor's file that was reviewed by Ukrainian Member of Parliament, Andrii Derkach with regard to Burisma corruption and collusion with the DNC in order to destroy the Trump campaign in 2016. In the interview that Giuliani had with Derkach in Kiev on December 7, 2019 he states that the files show the Bidens were under investigation and the charges have not been debunked, and that numerous money laundering operations are involved.

The prosecutor's file that Derkach reviewed states that there were six separate criminal procedures against Burisma and the Bidens. It states that the National Anti Corruption Bureau NABU had become a tool of Soros minions under the control of PM Poroshenko and in coordination with the US Embassy at the time.

It furthermore confirms that Mr Shokin was put under pressure to dismiss the cases against Burisma and the Bidens. It goes on to describe that the pay off of Hunter Biden was handled through the lobbying firm (Blue Star Strategies), how the money was laundered (the Latvian document) and how Shokin finally got fired under pressure from Biden Senior (the Council on Foreign Relations video).

In short, Ukraine in the Obama period became even more corrupt than it already was and the NABU organization became a tool of corruption in itself under the direction of the Obama's Ambassador, Mrs Yovanovitch.

GIULIANI'S CORRUPTION TRIAL: A MATTER OF NATIONAL SECURITY



Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 6 | Proving Extensive Corruption & Criminal Conduct by the Biden Family Enterprise.

UPDATE: "There is no excuse for not investigating the Bidens", is how Giuliani opens Episode 6. In the last few days it transpired that the Barr DoJ for some time now has been reviewing Giuliani's evidence (see tweets below). While the populist Right is afraid of even projecting the perception of political bias, the Globalist Left is going full throttle with political prosecution of populist politicians. After Trump, LePen and Wilders, it is now Salvini's turn in Italy.

Giuliani is going through the Bribery Statute, which is pretty simple and straightfoward. To answer the worries of Lindsey Graham and Bill Barr about the reliability of evidence from Ukraine, Giuliani retorts that the case does not rest solely on that corroboration. In fact, Biden confesses to the extortion in the video before the Council on Foreign Relations, touting how he got Ukraine's former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin fired.

The former Mayor explains why the case is a matter of national security. Ukraine being traditionally a Russian buffer state, it is critical to what is taking place in the country. A corrupt state is not going to be a very effective ally. The son of a American VP in the service of the most corrupt oligarch in the country, is not an asset, it is a terrible liability!

Shokin's successor Lutsenko as well as Deputy Konstantin Kulyuk have testified that the purpose of putting Hunter Biden on the board of Burisma Holdings, was the political protection of the owner, Mykola Zlochevsky. Kulyuk knows of further payments to the Bidens and testified that "Joe Biden actively facilitated the closure of criminal cases against Mr Zlochevsky and the officials of Burisma". 

Kulyuk has further clarified that the purpose of the fraudulant "black ledger" was to close down the Trump campaign after DNC's Ali Chalupa collusion with officials of the Ukraine Embassy in DC. There are other witnesses and other evidence to this effect.

UPDATE: At last there are some indications the Justice Dept. may finally take up Rudy Giuliani's findings. Which is just as well. Because it can't come from the Senate; Lindsey Graham is pointing to the Burr Commitee, which is utterly useless. Graham moreover, is still in the Russia delusion, as if it is likely that 13 witnesses from Ukraine -- a country at war with Russia - and the Government of Latvia, are all agents of Vladimir Putin! EXAMINING WITNESS #2



Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 5 | The Complete Witness: Proof of Bribery & Collusion.

UPDATE: Giuliano's second witness is Andrii Teleshenko, an advisor in Ukraine's former General Prosecutor's office from June 2014 to April 2015, the period directly following the Maidan. Teleshenko relates how under the pro Russian Government of Yanakovitsh, Burisma's owner Mykola Zlochevsky and his assets fled abroad. A court case in the UK against Burisma and Zlochevsky led nowhere.

Further prosecution by the post Maidan Government of Poroshenko was then basically bought off by two separate bribes for 5 (or 8) million dollars. Nevertheless Pososhenko re-opens the case against Burisma to squeeze more money out of the deal.  At this point Viktor Shokin is appointed General Prosecutor. He opens three separate cases against Burisma.

Andrii Teleshenko leaves the Prosecutor's office and is re-assigned to the Ukraine's Embassy in Washington DC, overseeing the Press Office and the American Presidential election process. In January 2016 Andrii attended an Embassy staff meeting at the White House with the National Security Council of Obama/Biden in order to discuss corruption problems in Ukraine.

This was cover for the real purpose of the meeting, to get the Ukrainians to dig up dirt on Paul Manafort, who held relations with the pre Maidan, pro Russia Government of Yanakovitsh. This ought to end the Trump campaign, or so the theory was. Enter, the 'black ledger'. Manafort resigned, but the Trump campaign continued unimpeded.

In March 2016 Andrii is set up by the number 2 at the Embassy, Oksana Shuylar to meet with the DNC operative, Ali Chalupa. She wants Andrii to dig up dirt on Donald Trump, Don Jr, and Paul Manafort for the purpose of ending the campaign by September 2016.  Apparently by then Hillary Clinton had already convinced the Democrats of the illusion that Trump was colluding with Russia.

Andrii reports the criminal conspiracy to the Ambassador, who tells him to cooperate with Chalupa. By May 2016 Andrii is on his way back to Kiev. In the meantime secret negotiations continue to put an end to the prosecution of Burisma and its owner, Mykola Zlochevsky who by then had also retuned to Ukraine.

Andrii takes up a roll in a DC lobbying firm, Blue Star Strategies which is close to Hillary Clinton and John Kerry. Biden as pointman for Ukraine made a deal with Zlochevsky to 'save Burisma' in which Hunter Biden is dropped on the board of Burisma in a no show job for millions of dollars. Blue Star acting for Burisma is facilitating payments to third parties and issued a report, stating Burisma is clean as a whistle.

The efforts of Andrii and at least twelve other witnesses in the Ukraine to come forward about the pay offs, the false evidence and dirty information to the US authorities were thwarted by deep state operatives. They did not care or were too busy trying to destroy the Trump candidacy.

Finally Mr Giuliani explains that his investigation is an effort to defend the President against this conspiracy, rather then an effort to besmurge the Biden campaign; for one it started long before Biden declared his candidacy. Secondly, Giuliani did not sollicite these contacts. They sought him out after they got nowhere for over 18 months with the former US Ambassador Yovanovitch, the State Department, the FBI and the Dept. of Justice.

Giuliani expresses his frustration that one of the worst crooks in the Ukraine is free based on the activity of our former VP. "Thsese are crimes at the highest levens of two Govermnets where there was a mutual sale of public office, the VP of the US and the President of Ukraine." "If we can't investigate crimes like these, how can our relations with Ykraine ever be good? How can we be a example? But we are going to find out all about what happened in future episodes."

Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 4 The Trial: The Biden Family Crimes Conclusively Proved | SWORN AFFIDAVIT

In Episode 3 we saw that Ukraine's former Prosecutor General was fired after he refused to drop his investigation of Burisma Holdings, a Ukraine gas company with Hunter Biden on the board. The Obama administration threatened to withhold one billion dollars in loan guarantees. The facts are best corroborated by Biden himself in the video for the Council on Foreign Relations. It is also corroborated by Mr Shokin in a sworn affidavit.

In February 2016 the head of Burisma calls in the Biden protection racket after Shokin starts arresting people. The smoking gun is the official report from the Government of Latvia on the money laundering operation for 14 million dollars from Burisma in Ukraine via Belize, Latvia, the UK, Cyprus and ultimately to Hunter Biden and Devin Archer in the USA.

Giuliani explains the meaning of the legal terms 'false exculpatory statements' and 'similar acts' and goes on to show that Hunter was not qualified in any way for the job at Burisma Holdings. Joe's boss, President Obama did not show any interest in the appearance of corruption. An article in New York Times was never followed up.

The Biden family monitized Joe's public office whenever Obama appointed him pointman for the administration. It makes classic RICO cases involving the Hobbs Act, extortion, bribery, fraud and destroying evidence. Everywhere where Biden represented his country, America was made to look corrupt.

Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 3 The Trial: Witness One | EXCLUSIVE interview with Viktor Shokin.

Next up, an exclusive interview with Witness #1, Ukraine's former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. Giuliani explains in the third episode how the Bidens got not one, but two bribes according to the legal definition of the word: something of value for something that affects public office, or a quid pro quo. He furthermore puts the events in the right chronological order, which is very significant in this case.

Giuliani points out the smoking gun in the form of an official report from the Government of Latvia about a money laundering operation for 14 million dollars flowing from Burisma in Ukraine to companies registered in Belize and Latvia, from there on to the UK and Cyprus and ultimately to Hunter Biden and Devin Archer in the USA.

According to Biden there is no proof and the allegation has been debunked. Neither is true, according to the evidence in the hands of the Mayor. But remember, Democrats are always accusing others of what they are doing themselves. After Ukraine's former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin started investigation Burisma Holdings, Obama's Ambassador to Ukraine -- Mrs Yovanovitch -- started accusing Mr Shokin of corruption.

In the end it took VP Joe Biden threatening to withhold one billion dollars worth of Obama loan guarantees to actually get Shokin fired which he later proudly touted in the now infamous video (see Posobiec tweet on Jan. 30). But the problem is not just corruption; it also made the VP susceptable to blackmail, a national security concern.

According to the American Ambassador to the Ukraine, Mrs Yovanovitch, Mr Shokin was convicted for corruption, but recent communication from the present Government totally absolves the former Prosecutor of that charge. Mrs Yovanovitch was fired by President Trump for insubordination. After the impeachment showdown in the Senate, the former Ambassador is now leaving the State Dept. altogether.

GIULIANI'S CORRUPTION TRIAL: MONEY LAUNDERING AND ATTEMPTED MURDER




Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast Ep. 2 The Trial: Opening Statement | Bombshell Documents.

In episode #2 crime fighter Rudy Giuliani shows the documents that prove there was an attempt to murder Ukraine's former Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin. He is Giuliani's first witness in the Biden-Poroshenko double bribery case. He relates Shokin's investigation into Ukraine's gas giant Burisma and the role of Hunter Biden in a related money laundering scheme. Giuliani follows the money from the source to the beneficiaries.

Shokin was fired under direct pressure of Joe Biden, as seen in the now infamous video showing Biden touting how he pressured the Ukraine Government under threat of withholding one billion dollars worth of loan guarantees.


Giuliani further relates in Episode 2 how Democratic Party operative Chalupa colluded with the Ukrainian Embassy to 'dig up dirt' on the Trump campaign.

Part of the aid floating from the Obama Government to Ukraine was funnelled through Soros NGOs. Billions of dollars in American aid never arrived and are unaccounted for to this day.

IMPEACHMENT: THE UKRAINE CONNECTION 


Rudy Giuliani Common Sense Podcast EP. 1: Since No Crimes Exist, It Must Be Dismissed.

On August 16 of 2017 we reported that veteran Democrat operative, Alexandra Chalupa worked with Ukrainian government officials and journalists using public resources to dig up Russia related opposition research on Trump and his campaign manager Paul Manafort. The secret 'black ledger' led to Ukraine later rescinding the report as false.

Chalupa and her cronies in the DNC expected the ledger would stop the Trump campaign in its tracks, but led in fact only to the firing of campaign manager, Paul Manafort. Ukraine apologized profusely to President Trump in order to restore relations; the media simply buried the new information.

Rudy Giuliani has since been investiging the involvement of Ukraine's previous Government with the Democrat and Deep State coup against President Trump. With the impeachment process in the Senate in its second week and the defense team finally presenting its case, America's Mayor promised to disclose the results of his investigations as of next Tuesday, January 28.
